对于加速和减速时间有要求的,应该对变频器容量进行适当放大,因为加减速时间的长短和负载的惯性有关。启动过载的情况下,比如有离合器,电动机刚启动的瞬间,转差比较大,启动电流大,这时候应该增大变频器的容量。电动机的容量大,线圈的匝数会少,感抗就小,这样线圈电流的脉动幅度和瞬间冲击电流都比较大(比如降低U/F比值,加入输入电抗器,适当延长加速时间)。电机在40HZ运行时,能不能将容量选小,对于恒功率负载(转速下降,输出功率不变,肯定不行,)对于恒转矩负载(转速下降,转矩不变,电流也不变化,也不行),对于二次方律负载,是可以的。
