一般小型低压异步电动机适用外部加热干燥电动机的方法,操作比较简单;其原理是干燥时利用外部热源的辐射、对流、传导方式来干燥电动机;一般分为两种方法:利用灯泡(或红外线灯泡)、烘箱进行干燥,利用热风机进行干燥;使用灯泡或碘钨灯干燥时不能太靠近线圈,以防烤坏线圈,必须使用安全防护灯具,使用烤箱时温度不能超过100℃。大、中型异步电动机受潮干燥方法有以下几种:电流干燥法电流干燥法的基本原理是向电机定子绕组通入低压电流,转子堵转,利用电机本身损耗产生的温度来干燥电机,其干燥时电机定转子同时发热,干燥速度较快,一般用于容量较大的高低压电机;注:计算出堵转电流每相绕组分配的电流,都不宜超过原额定电流的50%~60%,就可以选择电压等级来烘干。
